This Privacy Policy describes how Tempist (“the App”), published by Aeris Nova SARL, handles your information.
Summary
Tempist does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The App runs entirely on your device.
Microphone
The microphone is used only by the tuner, for pitch detection on the device. Audio is not recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. The App asks for microphone access the first time you use the tuner. You can turn it off at any time in the iOS Settings app, under Tempist.
Data Storage
Your settings, such as tempo, time signature, and reference pitch, are stored on your device. They are deleted when you delete the App.
No data is sent to any server. There are no user accounts and no remote storage.
Data Collection
The App does not collect any personal information. It does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks, and it makes no network requests.
Crash Reporting
The App does not include any crash reporting SDK. If you have opted in to share diagnostics with Apple through your device settings, iOS may send anonymized crash reports to Apple. This is handled by your device and is not controlled by us.

Children’s Privacy
