This Privacy Policy describes how Rudra (“the App”), published by Aeris Nova SARL, handles your information.
Summary
The App does not collect personal data, and sends none to Aeris Nova or anyone else. It runs entirely on your device. Apple and Google process some information on their own, for purchases and diagnostics, under their own privacy policies. Aeris Nova receives personal data only when you write to us or buy a class license directly from us.
Data Storage
All data generated by the App, including your patterns and settings, is stored locally on your device. On desktop, data is stored in the application’s local storage. On mobile, data is stored in the app sandbox.
The App sends no data to any server. There is no cloud sync, no user accounts, and no remote storage.
Data Collection
The App does not collect any personal information. It does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks.
Crash Reporting
The App does not include any crash reporting SDK. If you have chosen to share diagnostics with Apple or Google in your device settings, your operating system may send diagnostic or crash information to them, under their own settings and privacy policies. This is handled by your device, and we do not control it.
In-App Purchases
Rudra offers in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive, store, or process any payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses. The App only checks with the store that a valid purchase exists on your device. Apple and Google process your purchase under their own privacy policies.
License Keys
Schools and teachers can get a license key from us instead of buying in the app. The App checks the key on your device, with no account and no network connection. When you open a license link, the key is in the part of the link after the # sign. Your browser never sends that part to our server: the server only receives an ordinary request for the page, as for any page of this website. See the website privacy policy.
Class License Orders
When a school or teacher buys class licenses, Aeris Nova receives the contact details and billing information needed for the order. We use them to deliver the license keys, issue the invoice, and answer questions about the order. We process them to perform the contract, or to take steps you ask for before it. We keep invoices for 10 years where French accounting law requires it, to meet our legal accounting obligations. We do not sell this data. Our accounting providers process it for us.
When You Write to Us
When you write to us, Aeris Nova receives your email address and what you write. We use them only to answer you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you, and we keep them as long as needed to answer you and follow up. We do not sell them. Our email host, OVH, a French company, processes them for us.
Your Rights
Aeris Nova SARL is the controller of the personal data described on this page. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict its processing, or to receive a copy of it (portability), and you can object to its processing where the law allows, by writing to info@aerisnova.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), or with the data protection authority of your country.
Services Used by the App
Other than the platform app stores for subscription management, the App does not integrate with any third-party services. The service providers that Aeris Nova uses for email and accounting are listed in the sections above.
Children’s Privacy
The App does not collect personal data from any user, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
